Securities Law is specially designed for students of national law universities as well as other law education institutions. It will also be useful for students of management, accountancy and finance. The text comprehensively covers the subject of financial law and the securities market. It analyses the various sub-themes as contained in the definition of ‘securities’ in the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956. It includes both equity and debt finance modes for corporations to do business in their fields.
